‘Assobio’ or “whistle” is thusly named after the whistling winds that are characteristic of the Douro Valley region. The winds help to bring freshness to the rich, fruit-driven wines of these steep, hillside vineyards.
Aged in neutral oak and stainless steel.
Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca.
